Two-Car Garage Plans and Workshop Plans
The Garden Oak series of garages and workshops
starts with a sturdy 24' wide, two bay garage with pull-down stairs to a high
and dry storage loft. You can build yours at 22', 24' or 26' deep. Leave plenty
of room on your property on either side. The drawings include plans for 12' wide expansion sheds
for more storage space or extra garage bays. You can also plan on using one of
the easy-to-build sheds as your hobby shop, studio, workshop or home office.
Construction of this garage uses standard 2x6
studs and 2x8 roof rafters.

Options:
The
plan set that you'll receive allows you to
build a 24' wide two-car garage now and
expand it later. Or, you can build your
garage with three or four parking bays right away. The
extra bays are easy-to-build shed-roof
structures. You can easily reverse the floor plan
shown above if that works better for your
property. You can match your home's
materials and build your garage at 24,' 26'
or 28' deep. The plans come with a
variety of options and add-ons that let you
customize your garage now or in the future.
All layouts include a storage loft, over the
Main Garage, with access by pull-down stairs.
